Washington Homeschool Organization (WHO) is a non-profit organization. Membership is open to all interested persons. Although membership is not required in order to access information and resources from WHO, the funds membership generates are used to further the organization's purposes. Without the support of our members, WHO resources and information could not be made available to homeschoolers. WHO is a 501c3 organization and therefore your membership dues and donations are tax deductible.

3. You will be directed to page on how to pay via PayPal. Please make sure that the name on the credit card matches the name on your membership form.
