Homeschool Events

Following is a list of homeschool events. We would love to add your event to the list. The criteria for this list is that your event be beneficial to homeschoolers and be more than a regular support group meeting. Homeschool conventions, curriculum sales, special support group events, community activities, classes or speakers would all qualify. Please email WHO any event information that you would like posted. We can't publish what we don't know about. Thanks.

2006 Events

CAPCO Science Class Challenge for grades 4-9

It is an opportunity to win award money based on a creative project dealing with topics such as layers of the atmosphere, air pollution, and the environment. For the first time we have opened up the competition to home schools. There are different levels of prizes, but to be eligible for the grand prize the entry must come from a home school that has at least 10 children combined. This is a wonderful chance to get your children together to collaborate and explore science.
