Homeschooling Special Needs Kids

I've been the WHO Region 8 contact for twelve years but I've noticed a LOT more calls from parents wanting to pull their special kids out in the past two or three years. Parents are sick and tired of fighting tooth and nail to get the minimum for their kids, and they're looking for options. Some are calling me saying "I never thought in a MILLION YEARS that I'd be homeschooling, but I have no choice". I truly think it's the next big wave of homeschoolers.... and it's kind of new territory!
